Monika
We are going over to France to visit our Building site. The maçons are off on holiday, but have done a good job after a very slow start. We would like to leave some wine and a note for them in the Barn. Is this a good idea? If yes, what wine do the French like? How many bottles? And what (encouragement)could I write on the note to keep them working???
LesLauriers
A bottle of Scotch, with the promise of more when they finish, should do the job!
IAN_S
They may not all like Scotch but they are all sure to like Pastis!
Lori
I would agree. Don't leave wine - a bit too ordinary around here. My French friends really seem to like Scotch or some sort of nice Whiskey...
