Bugsy
In France is there a recognised 'legal' place for sticking the assurance ticket on a caravan?
sid
Hi GaryMy caravan is insured on the same policy as my car, that is, only for 3rd party risks, and that only while attached to the car. The 'van is 20 years old now and its residual value is such that I thought full insurance too expensive. I have a separate green assurance document with the name and registration number of the caravan, but the small square cut-out piece for the windscreen just has a series of X's. I haven't put this square in the window of the caravan as I think it isn't relevant. If you have full insurance that may be another matter. Have you looked at other caravans to see what they do? I must admit I haven't!Sid
Sunday Driver
There is no legal requirement to display an assurance certificate on a trailer.
