Burstner Motorhome

I'm being offered the following for sale. It seems to me to be the right price but I don't have a lot of recent experience in this area.

Any comments?

It is a Burstner T627 low profile motorhome. It is

based on a Fiat Ducatto and has a 2.8 TDDI engine that is very efficient and

economical - it can do about 30 mpg if you keep it under 100 Kph.

It is 7.2 meters long and has a fixed large double

bed at the rear, and another double where the dining table is. There is a good

sized (for a camper) shower and a Thetford toilet. There is also a separate wash

basin and mirror next to the rear bed. There is a 2 ring gas hob, a 3 way fridge

(gas,12v and mains), and a stainless steel sink/drainer. There is a floor to

ceiling food cupboard and various other cupboards, including a wardrobe.

The passenger chair swivels to face the rear. It has seats and seat belts for 6

people.

It is equipped with cruise control, solar panel

(for 12v charging) cab aircon, roof mounted rear aircon (12v), top box, awning

and large safari room, and an adjustable rear bike rack that can take up to 2

motorbikes (but can also be reduced in size for 1 or 2 bicycles). There is a

good sized storage compartment below the rear bed that is the full width of the

vehicle.

It has only done about (from memory) 62,000 KM and

has a full service history. It was first registered in 2001 but it was made in

1998. We understand from the previous owners that it was a showroom model in

France before being exported to Spain and registered in 2001 - I think it was in

August. We are asking 20,000 Euros for it.

The flaky bits of information (eg Kilometrage) is because the seller is in the UK.
