Help/Advice after collision in my hire car (Up date!!)

Well today I had an email from Hertz:

 Swords, 03/02/10

Dear Ms Evans,

Thank you for contacting Hertz France.

 I contacted our claims department regarding the incident involving your rented car. They have confirmed that the third party was fully responsible for the damage. Therefore, a full refund is due in respect of the damage charge billed to you.

 As a result, I can confirm that I am crediting the credit card billed for this rental for 600 euros.

 The adjustment is being made at this time, but may not appear on the next monthly statement due to billing cut-off dates. 

 If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us. Your business is appreciated and we look forward to serving you again.

There is justice in this world after all[:D][:D]

I have now been (will be) paid all my out of pocket expenses on both counts :the excess charged by Hertz (€600) and the holiday insurance from Natwest, a very good result, but I have to say I think I had to work jolly hard and push them both every inch.
