mary
Hi, I contacted Vauxhall for a certificate of Confromity for my husbands Vauxhall Vivaro van, and I was told that 'there exists no European certificate of conformity for a van'. Do I assume that I just do not need to supply one and as it is a van, I will not be asked for one or should I fill out the form to send to DRIRE and see what they say? Thanks Vida
dave21478
I have found most manufacturers will not supply comercial vehicle CofC`s from the Uk, but it is easily obtainable from the French side. Ask at an Opel dealership in France.
Sunday Driver
Commercial vehicles do not currently qualify for an EU certificate of conformity so you have to approach the French importer for an attestation d'identification.Attestations for Vauxhall vans can be obtained from:General Motors France SAS, Service homologation, 1 A 9, avenue du Marais, 95101 ARGENTEUIL Cedex.
