Simon-the-censored
Hi johnycarper - yep - you need to display the car insurance sticker / vignette in the car window.''Le 9 septembre 1986, le législateur rend l'affichage obligatoire de la vignette d’assurance sur les véhicules afin de faciliter le contrôle du respect de l'obligation d'assurance.''Simon
cooperlola
Yes, it is:http://www.321auto.com/Juridique/Infractions/Liste/Liste.asp?ID=95However, what this means in practical terms, especially at the turn of the year, I don't know. Sunday Driver probably does. My own insurance company has just started issuing vignettes which are dated from 1st December, as it says this is a frequent request from customers who forget to change over on New Year's Day morning.Sorry about the duplicate reponses - Simon didn't come quite so lately as I did!
