I met a couple over from NZ on a

longish holiday and they had a Citroën DS3 that they had on a short

lease. He has just sent me the details. Looks good for anyone coming

For the manufacturers it's basically a way of avoiding paying the TVA on a new car by selling it tax free to a non EU customer then buying it back as secondhand and selling it on.
