mogs
I've been trying to download the PDF version from the government website but each time I get the following message"To view the full contents of this document, you need a later version of the PDF viewer. You can upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Reader from www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html For further support, go to www.adobe.com/support/products/acrreader.html"I've got the PDF version they ask for and yet it still won't download.I've also tried registering to get the document but still can't.Does anyone have a link for this document without all the hassle? Thanks

dave21478
Chrome.Whilst I can view the forum and reply with plain text, it will not allow quotations of previous posts, smilies, posting images or links etc.
