vette
Having tried to help another poster on a Forum today I found a website where you can order a Certificate of Conformity for any make of vehicle. There is a fee and it varies for different makes.I have no need of their services but thought that it might be of interest to others. Here is the link; https://www.eurococ.eu/en?gclid=CjgKEAjwnfGbBRDlxoHrl6uikyESJAD-nzCFXHSeiADEPprR-Afn2N7tGqE4We12aaCeAVn3oNTvafD_BwEHope it's of some use.Les. HoneySuckleDreams
Thanks for that. I think it may be useful as a very last resort for some people. I've just checked for our Suzuki and they quoted 179€ (hors TVA) so that would be 215€ with a deliver of .......wait for it.....80 days (but that is Express)
AnOther
They are just charging you to do what you can do yourself. There is a similar outfit here: http://www.certificatconformiteeuropeen.com
Mrs Trellis
You don't actually need a CoT to register a UK car in France. I posted this once before, just point to a number on the registration doc - I think it was section K but haven't looked at previous post - and the number there will bring up all the info when entered into the computer. The fonctionnaire muttered but it worked! AnOther
Section K it is but only if the information is there and that is by no means a given !
