slowfox05
I got flashed at 88km/h in mid-April, received the €45 fine for being 10% over the limit at the end of May. Paid the fine immediately, saved the receipt but was surprised to have the €45 refunded a couple of weeks later.I've not received any further paperwork regarding the point to be deducted from my licence or any explanation for the refund. The section of road concerned is now back to 90 km/h and I wonder if the 2 things are connected.Has anyone else had the same experience?
