Way to receive income??

Hello

Friends (French residents) have the opportunity of earning income in France either:


1. Salaried employment for 1 partner. In addition the generation of micro-enterprise income to benefit both partners.

or


2. All income (if possible) to be put through the micro-enterprise.


Assuming all Contributions and Taxes are paid in France and this is the only income.

Any ideas of the benefits and negatives?
