Abbaye
Hello to all, if you have a (small) UK limited company is it possible to:a) open an office (ie. in your French home) in France to undertake activites in France?b) would the activities of the company undertaken in the UK be liable to French tax? How would the activities undertaken in French be taxed? c) how would you register this French office? Chambre de Commerce/Metiers?Thanks.Abbaye
Kiraude
I know someone who is doing this - actually as an immobilier (house search) and charges 6% over the immo price .. seems VERY questionable to me .. I'm sure TeamedUp will have something to say about it. Could be the reason why Carcassonne courts have employed an English translator?!Kira
