We are struggling to find any 'hard facts' about fire regs / hygiene etc etc eg. does it even comply with hotel regs at the moment or is it for sale because it needs LOADS of work to comply? The owners tell us that it does comply and we have no reason to dis-believe them but we'd be fools to plough our money in 'blindly'. can anyone help or point us in the right direction?
