sparky Posted May 8, 2004 Share Posted May 8, 2004 I am a english chef (20 plus years experiance in restaurants and industrial kitchens) looking to move to france in a year or so and would like to know the answer to a few questions.1.How do the french take to english chefs.2. Do employers stick to the 35 hour week.3. Is experiance more important than qualifications.4.
