AnnC
Hi,I am a Registered English Nurse. I have been living in France for the last 4 months. I would like to find employment within the health care field, but have been told I won't be considered for employment until i have had my qualifications translated by a "sworn" translator. Can anyone give me information of where I need to go to do this, and how I find out who will do the translation. I have asked various people but information is a bit vague.ThanksAnn C
Meo
You can find a sworn translator by searching on Google (I used Spalter Translations LTD in London) You mail your certificates to them and for a fee they will return them stamped and translated. Liz
Some time ago there was an article in LF magazine about the British Council which mentioned that they can assist with the 'translation' of UK qualifications into their equivalents in other countries. I am afraid I can't remember the details but I know I did find the info on their web site and it could be that this would be useful to you.Liz (29)
