Hopeful oneday
Hi everyone.. when looking into the specifications for NF C 15-100 there are differing requirements for bands of floor areas. My question is what does " pour logement de 35 À 100 m square" mean? . Does this area refer to floor area of the entire dwelling or of the living room / whatever?[8-)]
Nick Trollope
It's habitable space, I believe - ie. excluding attics, garages, SdB's etc.I may be wrong, however...
Hopeful oneday
Thanks for your reply Nick. I have heard that the definition for taxation purposes goes is the floor area of the living room plus the floor areas of the bedrooms but excluding bathrooms, wash rooms, kitchen and garage. I wonder if EDF have the same definition?
BJSLIV
No its based on Surface des locaux d'habitation which includes everything habitable.
