Emp Posted January 25, 2006 Share Posted January 25, 2006 All income has to be declared - private and government pensions incuded and then the private pension - subject to earnings could be subject to tax. British people in France and French people in Britain who receive a pension paid from government sources (civil servants, armed forces, teachers, local government workers and so on - a very large goup) pay tax at source.
