bluehound
I wonder if anyone can offer any advice....I am an IT consultant - I have my own UK Ltd company and accountant. I pay UK taxes and NI contributions and my approach is to minimise tax as opposed to evasion or avoidance! Whilst I work and trade in the UK I know where I am so to speak. My dilema - we plan as a family to move to France later this year..so my family will be domicile in france (long term rental already agreed). I will therefore become liable in some regard for French Tax in some manner. I have seen a contract which would be for initially 6 months in France.Questions: Can I use my Uk Ltd company for this, the company is french (international/global but with french operations.) What liabilities do I have?Has anyone any experience of IT contracting to french companies are there any legal peculiarities?Any advice gratefully rec'd ThanksBluehound
