You must be qualified to run one - and they seem doubtful about accepting English qualifications even City & Guilds. The standard seems to me (ex dog groomer UK) lower than the UK - where interestingly you do not have to have formal qualifications although they are encouraged. Prices are definitely lower than UK. Have a look in Vos Chiens or similar as recently there have been adverts for some sort of mobile dog grooming franchise.I have not tried to set up here myself - above info comes from people I have met at shows. Chambre de commerce/metiers would be your best bet. I think it would only work in town as most people in countryside seem to atttack their dogs with sheep shearing tools once a year.
