Abbaye
Hi all, just wanted to check something out - can you, as a travailleur independent:1. Be an agent for a product - ie. dulux paint, and2. Provide administrative services - ie. translation, typing etc?Can one person register to do these two activities at the same time, under the same strucutre, paying just one lot of cotisations? Thanks.
Will
A general rule seems to be that if both things come under the same umbrella, e.g. the Chambre de Commerce, then it makes it a lot simpler. There do seem to be ways of doing more than one thing legally, it depends on the time you would spend on translating, say, relative to selling, as well as what you do. A good accountant would be the best person to advise on the best way to set up such a business.
