3.  currently if i earn under 25k per annum,i receive tax credit assistance,does anything similar exist in france?

4.what is procedure with doctors,dentists,and hospital bills?.do we need private medical insurance?

5.what are typical income tax rates like?

when buying a house

1.do you put offers in similar to english style[as low as you can get away with,and then haggle with the vendor]?

2.can you get structural surveys done? how much are they?who do you contact ?

any help or advice you can give us will be greatly appreciated.i am sure there will be other questions later on but this will do for now??
