immo24
Hello I have been, and still am, an Agent Commercial in France - I pay my cotisations and taxes in France and am French resident. I am looking to set up a UK LTD company as a non-resident to do something else, which seems very possible and cheaper than an SARL. My question is - if anyone can help - if my name is Joe Bloggs, Director of ABC Ltd in the UK, can Joe Bloggs Agent Commercial (au nom propre) submit an invoice to the Ltd company in the UK? Will it be seen as a director trying to take money out of the company in some odd fashion (eg. not salary or dividends), or is a straightforward situation of one company billing another for services rendered, regardless that the name is the same? Any comments advice very welcomeThanksJon
