Storing caravans over winter?

Someone I know has some space in a large hangar and they are hoping to store caravans in it overwinter. Do they have to have any sort of license or more so insurance for this.

Seems to be an excellent idea - when I throw in my molotov cocktail I will kill several of them at the same time.

And for a serious answer (although i would second the Molotov cocktail offer).....Remember this is France and not everything is done the legit way. Again it depends how many caravans you will be able to take on board for "hivernage". Collect money up-front and give them a quick wash before the owners come and collect and you should be fine.

A better idea may be to have a barn dance for all the "caravan hate posters "

They could try contacting an  existing business and acting like a potential customer to find out what the competition does:

Insurance has to be a minimum I would have thought to get anybody interested.
