20% Increase in TdH for second homes?

The only issue is that the region where it is said to be targeted principally is Paris, where they reckon that there were 70K second homes and 75K households seeking lodgings, but the TdH is a fraction of Montpellier's, for instance, and a rise of 20% for someone paying Paris TdH is really not much money.
