Working at Home

FrenchMamma

Recommended Posts

I met my husband 5 years ago when vacationing in France. He moved in with me in Florida a few months after we met. Two years ago, we moved to France, got married, and had a baby. Now, I'm pregnant again. I've been trying to make my way here by becoming a writer - I wanted a job with flexibility and would allow me to stay at home with our kids. My husband works at home as a translator, so we also have the ability to travel frequently and move around France. We've already lived in three regions.

Someone nominated my blog to be one of the top European mom blogs! I have the opportunity to reach 6 million mothers, helping me really expand my readership. You can imagine how difficult it is to find opportunities like this, especially for free. I started my French Mamma blog during my first pregnancy, and then wrote

a book to help women learn French pregnancy-related vocabulary words

for when they're pregnant. I'll be coming out with another book early

next year, a memoir about my experience giving birth in France. It's

going through final edits now, and then will be passed around to

reviewers.

If you have a moment, would you mind going to this link and clicking the "vote" button next to "French Mamma"? It would truly mean a lot to me and help me make my way here in France. :) http://www.circleofmoms.com/top25/Top-25-European-Moms-2012

Thanks so much!
