mary
Each Trimester I have to log onto Net Entreprise site to register my earnings for my Auto Entrepreneurs and each time I can't log on.I ask for a new password which I get via e mail and sometimes that doesn't work and so I ask for another and a few days later it may work. It asks you to change your temporary password so I do, but when trying to log on the following trimester, it all happens again. I can never log in from the original password and I may have to ask for another two before I can finally get in. I have tried leaving it for hours in between and days in case it doesn't register straight away.Does anyone have the same problems? I have even tried do it from a friends computer in case its mine, but still no luck!Any ideas, Many thanks
pitway
Strangely enough I have just tried to do mine, I have 2 links bookmarked, one direct to Net E and the other the AE website, I found the same problem that you described 'password incorrect' that was the Net E (http://www.net-entreprises.fr/start.aspx) site. I then tried my other bookmarked link (http://www.lautoentrepreneur.fr/) clicked on declare button and it went in fine. The latter of the two links is the one I use habitually. I could of course have made a mistake first time round on NetE but just thought I would mention it as a possible solution
EuroTrash
When I can't log on it's usually because my siret number is wrong. I once typed it with a digit missed out, and that is the number that my browser insists on remembering - it ignores all the dozens of times I've typed it correctly and always autofills the box with the wrong number. You also have to put your name in exactly as they have it recorded.
