Rtony Posted June 30, 2004 Share Posted June 30, 2004 We've noticed numerous houses with some kind of concrete tiles/slabs fixed to the bottom of the outside front wall about 2 foot high. Presumably it's there to protect the house from rain splashes.Can anybody tell us what the french name for these are and which big stores/yards stock them, please.Also, we are considering removing the rendering half way up the front wall of our house and exposing the stone.
