Bernice Posted July 1, 2004 Share Posted July 1, 2004 Five years before we bought our house in Brittany the owner added a bac seperateur and a puits filtrant to the existing fosse septique. (He left us all the paperwork permis, receipts for work, etc.) Please can someone tell me how these three things function together. Ive got a rough idea but want to be sure. I understand the bac seperateur takes all the kitchen grease, etc and that I should skim off the top regularly. Any advice please, and tips on how to do this and how often?
