Lizziebg Posted July 15, 2004 Share Posted July 15, 2004 I was whingeing to a french neighbour that our well has hardly any water in it. Her response was that I should run it just about dry then chuck some live eels down it. Apparently they eat away at green stuff and gunk in the bottom and re-open the vannes which then replenish the well. I wonder how the eels survive the fall and what happens to them afterwards.
