However, this is a larger than normal tank (3000l being the norm for a basic home) and, does it have extras like a pump?, which if so, will attract the higher rate as it is deemed "luxury". There are many grey areas where TVA is concerned, why not enquire with all the details at the local les impôts yourselves and see what they say it should be.
