sheila in manche
Does anyone know what this glue is called over here and who stocks it ?(preferably a chain or somewhere near St Lo) So far we have drawn a blank, even with a French data sheet! We are looking for the 5 litre boxes that we could get at most DIY stores in the UK.Thanks
zeb
Sorry Sheila but you are now in France and, although in places there are only about 25 miles between Angleterre and la France, the differances in products here is huge!!If you are sealing plaster board buy sous couche (seems the same as white undercoat to me). Don't know what the equivalent glue is.Next time you are in the UK bring back a tub! regards........helen
Hoddy
"Next time you are in the UK bring back a tub!"Don't try to do this if you are flying - we had a 5 litre tub confiscated at the airport !We tried and failed to find the equivalent in France. You may have more success. I suppose it depends what you want it for. In the end we used the glue which sticks polystyrene tiles to ceilings (not that we were doing that) and it worked out cheaper.Good luck.Hoddy
