Le 47 Posted August 28, 2006 Share Posted August 28, 2006 HiI hope someone on the forum knows the answer to this one (not convinced that anyone at my Mairie does!)We are considering selling a house which has a permis de construire for converting attached outbuildings to habitablle use etc. Does the PdC remain valid for the new?If not would simply making the declaration (with the form supplied for the purpose) that work has started overcome this problem?ThanksBill Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
