Mps Posted August 28, 2006 Share Posted August 28, 2006 We are hoping to make an offer to a local farmer to buy a piece of rough agricultural land, (not woodland) adjacent to our property. The land is approx 1.5 hectares, is very uneven, and is wet in lower areas. The farmer uses the land very rarely for occasional grazing, but as it is not up for sale we would be making the first move. It would never gain planning permission, but would be very useful to us as additional area of land for our property. Does anybody have an approximate idea of how much this land would be worth?
