joidevie
Does anyone know if one applies for and is granted a 'permis demolir' (and no 'permis construire'), does this involve submitting a fresh H1? We would be looking to take down an old garage on our land, but not build anything in it's place..Many thanks if anyone has any knowledge of this.. CSV
You may not require a 'permis demolir' [:)]I have demolished a building in the last year and having checked with the Mairie, was told that no permit was required as the structrure was not within 100m of any historical monument ( we only have one here, the church and it's 2km fom us)You may want to inform the tax people afterwards to update tax fonciere and the cadastral plan. (or not [;-)])
joidevie
Thanks.. I've heard so many versions of the monument historique rule - 500m, 100m, 'visible from' etc etc...More investigations beckon, though I would be interested to know if a permis demolir activates an H1..Cheers. idun
Check with your DDE if you are in doubt, they will know. I imagine that there may be local bylaws about this anyway.
