Iceni Posted February 19, 2005 Share Posted February 19, 2005 As a crude rule of thumb chimneys etc should end around 600mm above ridge or whatever - but don't know what the rules are (if there are any of course). Any help greatly appreciated. regards dc[/quote]Dc .300mm off a flat roof to the storm flashing,or on a pitched roof 750mm from vertical wall or any obstruction to the side of the terminal..Above the intersection with the roof 600mm to the terminal., ie- the pitch.[sorry if its to much plump talk.]These are minimum dimensions for general guidance only other surrounding buildings or objects could affect the clearance of the flue products.happy flueing.
