Andrew Wright
Does anybody know of a supplier/fitter of woodburners in the Sarthe(72) or surrounding area please? I am looking to have one installed in what is currently a large open fire place in our house in Parce sur Sarthe. Many thanks
Aitch
Try www.charnwood.com. English made with a good range but their website does have a French page and stockists throughout france. From my conversations with them they can supply and arrange fitting. I haven't purchased yet, but they offer an alternative to the 'Godin's etc'Regards, Aitch

Andrew Wright
Thanks Clair. Given the current parlous state of TV programming..........staring in to the magic of a real fire sounds like an absolutely wonderful alternative. I have E mailed Charnwood for some further info. Thanks again
Dave&Olive
Hi you could also try here http://www.villager.co.uk/They do have an agent in Cholet if I remember we have their details but alas they are all packed waiting for our move. but we did contact them and the prices are about the same as in the uk the only difference we could see between the uk and french version was the french one is not fitted with the flue butterfly . Dave ps they do fit them as well
