ChezShells
Like many farmhouses ours hasnt been touched, has anyone converted theirs, I was thinking of maybe 3/4 bedrooms and 1/2bathrooms and/or en suites but just to start i'll probably do about 3 basic rooms, from those that have done theirs what sort of money have you spent doing yours, just to get an idea. ChezShells
Our ground floor is more or less sorted, was thinking more of making 1st floor habitable, its in good condition, so opening floor for stairs, insulation, stud walls etc nothing major except maybe velux type if I was to do more rooms than have windows. Teamedup
If it hasn't already been part of the habitable m² then you need to get planning permission from the Mairie. We can't do it, we have already used up our allowance.
