traditional fermette daub construction

we have a fermette approx 150 yrs old originally built in wood and daub, similar to wattle and daub has anyone restored something similar in 62/80 region. We would prefer to lime plaster internal walls after removing all wallpaper and polyfiller. We would like to know of a (some) french supplier(s) of lime plasters and some daub has to be replaced. Some local residents have removed daub altogether and replaced with bricks and cement. We would like our home to be more restored than renovated. We do know of lime suppliers in uk but would rather source in france.
