Richardk
I need to screed a floor, currently tiled, in order to make it level. Being the first time I'll have done this, could someone point me in the right direction as to what I need to go and look for in the DIY store? i.e. What is the French equivalent of a 'self-levelling compound' and aside from that and water, is there anything else I need to get or consider? The room is c. 40sqm.Thanks,Richard
Bobc
Richard,Probably better to go to a professional carrelage supplier rather than a DIY shed. You can find one in your area via www.gapsa.frTwo companies producing self-levelling screed that I can recommend are Weber et Broutin:http://www.weber-broutin.fr/Servlet/Redirector;jsessionid=Cr2YLTqL3V0nn2JdNQLJyyrHqCYLDVjt02nxh9ypC8f7P56DddL4!1386411061?from=/Product/FamilyList.jsp&action=ProdLoadTypos&random=-1091482636&id=3Lanko:http://www.lanko.fr/B_MATERIAUX/B01_CATALOGUE/B01_01_RECHERCHE/B01_01_04_RESULTAT_RECHERCHE.asp?gamme=Ragr%E9ages+Sols#61Regards,Bob Clarkehttp://perso.wanadoo.fr/grindoux
