Yvonne
We have bought an old wood burner which is in excellent condition. The only damage is to the see through film at the front (called MICA?) which needs replacing. does anybody know where we can buy this? Abi
Ronnie
Hi Abi,I had same problem, eventually found some in a Manchester shop after doing a search on the internet for 'mica'. I took it out to France on our next visit and fitted it ok.It was quite pricey as I recall, about £8 for each sheet of 8 inches square.Ronnie
Yvonne
Hi Ronnie,Thanks for the advise I'll start searching, although we live in France so manchester a long way. Maybe they'll post it to me. Isnt it always the case when you find a 'bargain' - all the bits are more expensive than the item itself! Oh well, I suppose thats part of the fun of it!!ThanksAbi
