Juswundrin
Could anyone tell me what these are called in French (I suspect it may be the same word?)Any tips on the best stores/places to get them would also be helpful. Thanks in advance
Chrissie
Yes, it's the same word with a French twang - palette, I suppose. We went to the local garden-machinery-etc store and asked if they sold them. He snorted and pointed to a pile out the back and told us to help ourselves. I would add, though, that these were a bit tacky and dirty - fine for us as used only for stacking wood, but perhaps not everyone's cup of tea.Chrissie (81)
Hoddy
How odd that you should ask this question today, Juswundrin.I'd been wondering about the same thing myself this morning - loads of weeds and the need of compost combined.ThanksHoddy
Juswundrin
That's great, thanks; I have to pick up a brushcutter tomorrow so I'll see if he has any there.(They do indeed make fantastic compost bins, but it's a rather fetching double gate I'm aiming for )
