Dave Plumb
Hi everoneHaving found and bought my property in the '79' earlier this year and spent the summer working on it I forgot about the final papers the Notaire said he would keep for me to collect after 3 months showing it was all mine for ever, as I am only in France now and then and he was not happy to post them through to England for fear of lost in post he was going to keep them for collection by me from his office when I am over after the date, I presume being France they will not resemble our English Deed papers i.e. signed and sealed with wax, but wondered what I could expect to recieve. Many thanks Dave
BJSLIV
They will be uncannily like the papers you signed at the Notaires office!

Or even bound down one side (assuming they have not got bored of the new machine)...
BJSLIV
The most exciting thing is that you may get cheque for a few Euros , being the balance of any overestimate of the fees payable at purchase.Don't pay it into a UK bank, the fees will probably be greater than the balance.
