Backleee
Just a quicky to say BricoDepôt's new website has gone live at www.bricodepot.com - basic but it has all the store addresses, tel numbers and opening hours - in French, English & Spanish.Seems very slow, but it's a start.... Baz
It well may be a new site, but what is the point of only having details of their stores location without any indication of what they stock? It always annoys me when any organisation goes live and contains no relevent product information, what a total waste of effort.Baz
Backleee
Having spent too many hours in their shops - their slow and basic website matches the "in-store experience" perfectly! (in my opinion)
BJSLIV
but what is the point ?At least it will provide the answer for those who are always asking " Where is my nearest BricoDepot?"
Deimos
It’s a long time since I’ve seen a web site that slow. Also, it seems more common for French companies to have web sites that don’t include product information. They still send round printed materials, etc. but don’t seem too keen on promoting their products via web sites.I actually agree that I find web sites without product info quite frustrating – but then I’m maybe more used to e.g. UK where more complete web sites are more common. An intermediate example is Leroy Merlin’s web site where they have only a selection of their products and have far more in store.Ian
