val douest
We have a small guest cottage which is quite well insulated apart from the windows in the high apex at either end. These irregular triangular areas are currently filled with perspex which does not fit well and apart from letting all the heat out allows dust and insects to come in. We would like to replace the perspex with glass (ideally double glazed units as that is what is used for the rest of the windows/doors). Can anyone suggest where we could start looking for someone to make these up? We are in 65, nearest big towns being Tarbes and Pau.Thanks,Val
Ron Avery
Try CASA, they do made to measure windows, though not sure about triangular ones, they could be a problem. As an alternative have a look in Pages Jaune under "menuiserie"

hoverfrog
LaPeyre do made to measure and all basic shapes are in the catalogue (round, square, triangle, etc)I would recommend taking them up on the coming round to measure option (you pay a small amount and it's taken off the price of the order later) as their bloke got different measurements to ours!Don't expect anything to happen very quickly though.... 6-8 weeks is the usual time for anything round here!hoverfrog
