Chancer
About 13% notaires fees on a house at about that price, unless of course there are agents commisions to pay, but elsewhere on this forum it indicates that they are included in the asking price. Ysatis
So, approximately how much would it be on a property that is advertised at 127000 euro's, that price includes estate agents fees, but no mention of notaires so assume that must be on top. BJSLIV
On 127000 EurosAbout 9000 euros if its an old house, 3000 if its less than 5 years old. There are additional costs if there is a French mortgage involved, probably another 2 or 3000 Euros depending on the amount borrowed.
