Concrete Wall Insulation

Hi Everybody,

 

We recently purchased a house in Pas De Calais region, typical 1970's all concrete build, the sound insulation is not good, so we are looking for a stick on type system of insulation, that will reduce noise and hopefully reduce heat loss.

 

We have seen something in Mr Bricolage, but at 50+ euro's a roll, it seems expensive.

 

We know about plasterboard products, but is there anything else we can use.
