TarnGranny Posted November 26, 2006 Share Posted November 26, 2006 I am assuming that you are looking for somewhere to rent?It most likely stands for "Charges Compris", meaning that "shared" property maintenance charges are included, but I would check what it does and does not include. You would normally have to pay your own utility charges of course.The fees are a one-off payment to the immobilier for finding you the property.
