Boron treatment of woodworm

Recommended Posts

Having found woodworm on the last day of my last visit and announcing 'I'll be back' in a sort of threatening Swartzeneggar way I now need to make a plan. I have read that Boron is a watersoluble non toxic treatment. Has anyone tried it? Does it work? or or are the French worms tougher.

hi

donot know about boron... but when in Rome .the french seem to like using xylophene ,you can get it water based or spirit , the price can vary from say €30 for 30ltrs to € 90 for 25 ltrs depending on time of year, unlike the uk when it`s time to use it, it will be on promo and when not expensive.....
