Blade
we are now planning to use our well to supply water to our property once this is correctly analysed. The previous owner did a deal with a local builder that he could use the water from the well if he is doing up the barn that he sold off to him which is accross the road from us. he has access rights for another 4 years. any idea what we can do to keep the water clean and that we dont get him annoyed (we are the rightful owners to the well) but we dont want it polluting our drinking water or shower water for that fact. thanks in advance. Deimos
If you are installing a pump to get the water, maybe givehim an outside tap to use (i.e. pumped up to house and outside tap and maybe anon-return valve). That way it’s reallyeasy for the builder and he cannot pollute the well when taking water.Ian
