On council when we have land for sale or wish to buy more for lotissements we use a local notaire to guage what it should be as a fair price and go from that. Beware of getting involved with agent immobilieres for something like this as you could end up paying themfor something that you have found yourself. Presumably I would want to find a different notaire to the one the seller wishes to use to sell the house. Do you know how to go about contacting a notaire independantly of the buying process?
